The making journey — six inherited stages

Hand picking

The olive harvest is picked daily by expert hands, protecting the fruit from bruises that raise the oil’s acidity.

Pressing

Fresh fruit goes straight to the presses — the first cold press keeps the vitamins and antioxidants that later live inside every bar.

Hand boiling

Pure olive oil is boiled gently for days in the great cauldrons, stirred with wooden paddles under the master’s eye — never by machine.

Laurel at the golden moment

Aromatic laurel oil is added in the final minutes of the boil, preserving its fragrance and cleansing character.

Pouring, spreading, cutting

The hot soap is poured, spread evenly, then cut by the master’s hand into equal square blocks.

Nine months of aging

The blocks rest in airy vaults for six to nine months — turning golden outside while staying olive-green inside.
